Viru RMT has the resources to take on subcontracting of individual parts or complete products that are out of the ordinary. To better serve you, our company has a full compliment of equipment to take on even the most challenging projects.

Our steel fabrication team can take your steel projects from start to finish by providing engineering and design, custom steel fabrication and assembly or erection/installation services.

Viru RMT employs a full-service engineering department with proven experience in design and development techniques, including value engineering solid modelling and AutoCAD capabilities.

Viru RMT has the equipment and space necessary to complete steel, sheet metal, piping, and modular construction projects. We occupy five large buildings comprising over 3 500 sq.m. Here we have, amongst other machinery, CNC lathes for large and small parts and an advanced assembly section for the final assembly of larger products.

Viru RMT offers heavy metal fabricating, custom machining, gas and plasma cutting, press-braking, manual and semi-automatic welding, blasting and painting that are not readily available from other firms. We routinely work with high-quality carbon steel, aluminium and a variety of stainless steel alloys.

The annual capacity of Viru RMT is up to 4500 tons of steel constructions, components for machine-building industry products, and also subcontracted works. The capacity of program-managed plasma and gas cutting machine is up to 100 t per month.
