As one of the most experienced contractors in our field within Estonia, we offer a wide range of services, including all types of plant installation, overhauling of mechanical equipment, custom steel fabrication and coded welding of both carbon and stainless steel, from the smallest to the largest projects.

In support of these activities the company has project planning facilities using various computer based systems, quality assurance and safety services and is able to provide turnkey design, management and construction services. Viru RMT works in accordance to the EN ISO 9001 quality standard.

Full turn-key projects are routinely undertaken and successfully completed and we have full in-house project design and management capabilities.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

With our vastly experienced work force, we have the majority of the usual weld procedures and weld procedure specifications. Workshop processes, site processes, materials, equipment and tools are controlled by quality assurance procedures to ensure high quality products and services are delivered in accordance with client specifications. Welders are qualified in accordance with EN287-1 procedures.

With the recent introduction of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), pipe-work systems and components are supplied, fabricated, inspected, installed, tested, commissioned and labelled in accordance with the various PED categories and modules.
